Over abundance of artificial flavors and preservatives.

I purchased 2- 12 oz bags of the Carolina Prime Beef and sweet potato medallions. My adopted 9 year old rescue Boxer, has refused to even lick one of these medallions because of the artificial flavorings. I thought that it would be natural and that she would love them. Boy was I wrong! After I smelled them, the toxic fumes also gave me a migraine...not that that should be a judgement of pet food, but it is for me, since I feed all natural to my SusieQ. If your pet is used to preservative and artificial flavorings this may be perfect for your pet.

My 9 year old Boxer turns her nose up at these and will not eat one or even nibble

Purchased 2- 12oz packages of Carolina Prime - beef and sweet potato medallions from Carolina Primen July 2024, I adopted a 9 year old Boxer mix rescue. I thought these treats would be very natural and that she would love them, however; when I opened this bag, the smell was so strong and artificial that I didn't enjoy the overpowering smell and neither did SusieQ. She will turns her nose up ane jumps away. The bar code is 3725546030 with Best By 06/11/25 and Lot : 20031124L2. One bag is unopened and one has been opened with 2 missing. I am sending this note because there is no other contact information I can use to inform you of this problem.

Beef and sweet potato medallions

My little Muffin is 13 years old. He has an enlarged heart and a failing liver. Fortunately, I found these treats at a Marsalls store in Nebraska. Muffin loves these treats. I hide his heart pill in them and he chomps the whole thing down. So much easier to give his meds. I highly recommend them. They smell so good. Glad I found your website so I can order more.
